Active Aging in Manitoba (AAIM)
 
 AAIM-MB is a partnership of organization and individuals who encourage older Manitobans to maintain and enhance their
​  well-being through a lifestyle that embraces daily physical activities. AAIM-MB coordinates and supports the following
  projects:
  • Active Living Gear Kit (Available for loan);
  • Healthy Lifestyles Bing (Available for loan or purchase);
  • Peer-led Fitness Programs (Steppin’ Up & Out);
  • Peer-led Speakers Bureau on a variety of topics.

  A & O operates two senior centres in Winnipeg, which provide a variety of health-related, educational, and recreational
